Hollow sucker rod is specially produced for effectively extracting highly-solidified, highly-viscous and high wax content oil. Except injecting heat carriers (hot oil, hot water and steam) and chemical agents or setting thermal cables in the well through the center hole of the hollow sucker rod for breaking viscosity and melting wax, the hollow sucker rod can improve crude oil fluidity and can be also used for flushing sand, dissolving salt, and extracting oil from slim holes or by layers; and meanwhile, it can be used for driving downhole screw pumps due to its high stiffness and big torque.
