I. Structure
This stuffing box is a sucker rod sealing device designed for pumping oil and injecting steam from a common wellhead. The stuffing box comprises a steam injection seal, level-I and level-II seals for pumping oil, offset regulating flange and direction adjustment of universal joint, and its structure is shown as the figure.
II. Technical parameters:
1. Height of contour: -340
2. Mode of connection: flange connection, hoop connection and thread connection.
3. Application scope: used in hollow rods Φ19, Φ22, Φ25, Φ28 or hollow rods Φ36 and Φ34
4. Sealing pressure resistance: 20-30Mpa
5. Temperature resistance of filler: ≥350℃
6. Temperature resistance of O-shaped ring: ≤250℃; short term temperature resistance: ≤280℃
