Dongying City Jinyilai Petroleum Machinery Co., Ltd. has a professional pumping unit production line, with reasonable production process layout, advanced equipment, high degree of automation and superior product quality, which has reached the leading level in the same industry. The pumping unit products have obtained the national production license for industrial products and API certificate. The products are designed and manufactured according to API 11E pumping unit specification and SY/5044-2003 beam pumping unit relevant standards. The main products include conventional beam pumping unit, phased beam pumping unit and compound-balanced beam pumping unit. Currently, it has achieved series production. Domestic products mainly comprise model 3 to model 12 pumping units in 14 types specification, and export products mainly comprise more than 40 types of pumping units from 40-1280, which all meet API standard and the need of oil extraction under different working conditions in different domestic and abroad markets.
In order to adapt to the use requirements of pumping units around the world, we adopt modular design idea, utilizing virtual manufacturing technology to make reliable evaluation of the product design and to improve design efficiency and the parts universality after a careful research of the use characteristics and design features of abroad pumping units in 2010, and now, our products are gracefully shaped and can meet the use requirements of different countries and areas around the world.
I.Conventional beam pumping unit, with the characteristics of simple structure, high safety and good reliability, is applicable to continuous operation in field. The conventional beam pumping unit produced by our plant is designed and manufactured according to SY/T5044 pumping unit standard and API 11E pumping unit specification, and it has mature technology, reasonable structure and reliable use. According to different requirements of users, our plant can provide different types and specifications of pumping units for users.
