UPE lining is to line a special polythene pipe in a common steel oil pipe, in which special technology is adopted to make the lining pipe and the tubing closed together to form a ‘pipe-in-pipe’ structure.
The lining tubing has obstructed the contact of the inner wall of the steel tubing and the injected water, and the corrosion of the water well pipe can be better prevented through utilizing the special anti-corrosive performance of EXPE plastic. Its surface is smooth so that it is difficult to form water scale. The technique is very practical in injecting water to water well. PTEF anti-corrosion treatment is also particularly adopted to treat the inner surface of the tubing hoop, so that the reliability of the whole system is ensured.
Technical advantages:
1. Obstruct the contact of injected water and steel of the water well pipe, and thoroughly solve the corrosive problems. The useful life of the water well pipe is at least prolonged above 5 years.
2. The rear inner diameter of the lining is 55mm, which can totally meet the requirements of injecting water in three segments or in the whole well, and can be used for testing and dredging equipments.
3. A PTEF distance ring is casted in the middle of the screw thread of the tubing hoop, which can ensure the reliability of the whole system.
4. The steel body of the water well pipe is protected better, so that losses of the water well pipe cannot be caused, and the lining can be repeatedly and continuously used. If each well covers an area of 2000m, the lining costs 100,000 Yuan, but from the point of prolonging the cycle of checking the water well pipe, all investments can be withdrawn by reducing once operation. Furthermore, input of large amount of water well steel pipes can be saved, and influence to production by operation can be reduced.
