In oil producing operation, since the oil well is corroded seriously, it is more common that the sucker rod is failed due to corrosion, and it has caused much damage to oil field development.

In order to solve this problem, our company designed and researched the Ni-P plating sucker rod. Through special treatment on the surface of the sucker rod, an anti-corrosive layer is formed on the surface of the sucker rod, which can effectively prevent all kinds of corrosive liquid and gas in well liquid from corroding the sucker rod, thereby reducing corrosion failure, lowering oil extraction cost, and improving the production efficiency of the oil well.

The Ni-P plating sucker rod produced by our company has the characteristics of reasonable design, reliable quality and good performance, and it can lower the corrosion failure probability of the sucker rod, lower the oil extraction cost, and improve efficiency.
