Electric submersible pump (ESP), mainly used for pumping liquid from oil well in large displacement, cannot be replaced by other manual lifting methods because of its yield increasing effect. Electric pump production has been an even more important problem to each oil production plant due to its widespread usage in the oil field since 1990s, so that its daily oil production rate has occupied 60-70% of the total output.
Since the electric pump pipe string is limited by technology and shaft, cables
must be bound on the outer wall of the tubing and set down in the limited shaft
space. They are easy to be damaged when being pulled and set down, and this is an important reason to cause cable damage and maintenance operation. As oil field development enters the middle and later periods, development cost is even increased due to the continuously increased comprehensive water content, the higher degree of mineralization and the gradually aggravated pipe string corrosion.
Through enormous amount of research, and support of relevant technicians of each oil production plant, our company has successively developed a special oil pump for electric pump pipe string, which not only has the anti-corrosive function of a pipe string, but also has the function of forcedly protecting cables.

II. Technical features
1. A creative special tubing hoop with compulsory protection function.
Eccentric tubing hoop is designed with a creative cable binding protection structure without influencing the setting of the shaft. The hoop is connected with an anti-corrosive tubing, and it not only can protect cables, but also can prevent corrosion of the pipe string.
2. Its lining pipe wall can totally isolate corrosive liquid.
The surface of the UPE lining pipe is smooth, which can completely cover the tubing and has high anti-corrosive performance, especially with a better feature of resisting H2S and CO2.
3. The Special tubing can be used in both a vertical well and a directional deviated
well because of its unique cable protection function. Therefore, the use scope of the electric pump can be enlarged.
III. Attentions in field use
When two tubings are connected, the eccentric opening angle deviations of the upper and the lower hoops should be controlled in 45 degrees so as to avoid cable twisting.
